About us

Premier Healthcare Solutions is owned by Miss Lucy Millard who is also the registered provider and Chief executive officer. Mrs Denise Ball is the registered manager and is in charge of the day to day smooth running of Premier Healthcare Solutions. Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.

Physical Disabilities

If you have a physical disability which means you need a little extra help, then we are here for you. We want to help you to live a full and meaningful life, being as independent as you possibly can.

The Elderly

Maybe you are a concerned relative or require care yourself? If you need a trustworthy carer and deliver quality care to you or your loved one, then we can help, care packages are tailor made, in consultation with either yourself of relatives, ensuring every element of need is catered for. We conduct regular reviews to ensure the care you receive is the care you require.

Learning Disabilities

We can help you to live an independent life in your local community, allowing you to have more options about where and how you want to live. Our approach is person-centered, focussing on you and what you would like to achieve, and fitting in our support around you to help you achieve your aims.

Mental Health

We can help you get out and about to socialise, help you to prioritise tasks, get house work done, shopping, and provide advice on eating a healthy diet to promote mental health. Whether you just want a cup o tea and a chat, or someone to come with you to do the shopping or to go to a baby group, or someone to help at home, were here to help you.

Premier Healthcare Solutions can assist service users with the following areas:

Care Visits

A care package will be individually designed to cater for specific needs and care visits can be arranged in 15 minuets sessions upwards and can be on a daily or more frequent basis, we also provide a live in service and offer care on a 24 hour a day basis, 7 days a week, weekdays, weekends and bank holidays. Our typical care visits are usually 1hour but can be for several hours or only 30 minuets according to what levels of support you need, during our assessment visit we will discuss what you would like to achieve during our visit and this will determine the length of your booking.

Live In Care

For more in depth requirements a live in carer may be more appropriate. A carer will stay with you 24 hours a day. Live in carers will sleep in your home for you during the night or can be awake and tendering to your care needs throughout the night. All of our services are available 365 days a year and shifts will be arranged to you normally have the same carer who will work with you for a few weeks and then swap with another carer for a few weeks.
